Weight loss is Math!

1600 cals = 1lb

I BURN= 1800 cals a day, (Doing no workouts)

So if I eat 1800 calories without working out, I will maintain my weight.

I am vowing to 1200 cals a day with a workout of 200 cals... that equals 1000 cals

I should be burning around 800 extra cals a day leaving me at a loss of 1lb every 2 days!

GET IT?

I don't expect a lb every 2 days... otherwise that would be 30lbs... I am hoping to lose my 18lbs! WE WILL SEE...
