LOL, I didn't go over 1800 cals so I should not have gained weight, but I did not accuratly count today, after lunch I was at 880 cals... stupid Jamba Juice, but I did limit myself at the bar b que.... I chose a hotdog (ewe) rather than a hamburger which saved me about 300 cals. :) I did not count the pretzels I ate or the handful of gummy bears.
